The Behere Think Tank for Teens is the perfect opportunity to get a jump-start on their future! With this comprehensive program, teens will learn invaluable entrepreneurial skills and receive guidance from experienced mentors. During twelve weeks of active instruction and problem solving, teens will have six in-person sessions that focus on three local businesses. In between these group meetings, teens will be able to meet personally with their mentor via remote session for further learning opportunities.
Teens participating in the Behere Think Tank will be given the tools they need to succeed in the real world. They’ll gain an understanding of how business works and how it affects our daily lives. Hands-on experience with local companies and entrepreneurs will help them develop critical thinking skills. This unique program also offers valuable soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and leadership. By engaging in meaningful conversations with mentors, students can ask questions, develop ideas, and form relationships that could last a lifetime.
At Behere, we believe in transforming traditional education into something more meaningful – something that helps young people acquire real-world knowledge that they can use both now and in the future. The Think Tank for Teens is our way of helping teens gain confidence while preparing them to make a positive impact on society as well as themselves. Through this enriching program full of education, growth experiences, and fun activities – no matter what path they take afterwards – teens will be ready to make their mark!
Thursday Nights from 5-7pm. Starting Feb 9, 2023.
Varying Conejo Valley locations in Thousand Oaks and Moorpark.
Over the course of 12 weeks we will meet for 6 in person sessions focused on solving business challenges for three different locally owned businesses. Teens will form project teams and learn how to write proposals and be mentored through this problem solving process
$790 Full Semester Or $270/ month for 3 months.
Before joining the independent working world 3 years ago, Brooke led a successful career in advertising for 13 years helping dozens of brands find their unique voice and positioning by leading diverse teams to execute strategy, branding and multi layered marketing campaigns. She worked with titans like Disney, Softbank Robotics, Sony Pictures, Apple and many telecom/ tech brands, but her absolute favorite work was and is helping small businesses and startups get going because they’re the most passionate and soulfully connected to the work. As owner and cofounder of Behere, Brooke understands this soulful connection even more and brings this passion for entrepreneurship to the program infusing elements of independent thinking, leadership and soft skills of entrepreneurship into the workshops provided.
